Imperial 101 - a Personal Start
Five one-on-one sessions to introduce you to the Imperial style of training. Each session is 45 minutes long, and will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time between you and your Coach; typically
between 6a-8a, 12p-1p, 4p-5p, and weekends.
This five class series will break down the foundational movements, and give you personal and specific movement goals, progressions and scaling options that you can bring with you when you join in on our group classes.
With the purchase of this 5-class Imperial 101 package, you are welcome and encouraged
to join in on any of our regular group classes! This is a 1-month Unlimited Class Imperial Membership PLUS, 5 personal training sessions, so you can ease your way into group classes as soon as you're comfortable.
The five 1:1 sessions must be scheduled within a 4 week span, at your desired pace. You can spread them out throughout the month, or complete them in a single week (as long as there is coaching availability).*This package is not eligible for discounted pricing; non-refundable and non-transferable*
